Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to 100% happy with your purchase from Buck Yeah.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue via refund, or exchange. We do not offer a refund for change of mind or incorrect size. If you order the incorrect size you are more then welcome to send it back to swap for the correct size however postage will be at your expense.

Please note the following:

-All sales are final on custom orders and sale items.

-Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us via email prior to sending back any items. Any items not meeting the following requirements will be rejected for store credit or exchange:

- All exchanges on other products are required to be completed within 28 days of receiving your order. Any items received for exchange after this time frame will not be accepted. All exchange items must be received in their original condition and original packaging.

- Exchange items MUST be received in new, un-used, un-worn, un-washed original condition with all original tags/branding materials still attached.

-You are responsible for the postage of the item you are returning to us.

-We highly recommend shipping all exchange items with tracking and insurance. We cannot issue a store credit or exchange any items lost in postage, damaged during return postage, or items not received by Buck Yeah within the time period allowances mentioned above. Buck Yeah is not responsible for packages lost or damaged packages upon return.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a faulty item or if your item was damaged in post, you MUST notify us via email within 3 days of delivery confirmation. Any item that has already been worn/used will not under any circumstances be considered a defective item and we will not allow for return, refund, or exchange. If you do not contact us within 3 days, any product damage will be considered normal wear and tear.

- Exchanges: While we are happy to offer exchanges, please note that we cannot always guarantee availability of sizes, your item may need to be ordered in. If you would like a different size, we recommend contacting us via email ASAP. We will happily fulfill your request so long as your exchange meets the above criteria.

- Store Credits: All returned items meeting the above criteria will automatically be credited (minus postage costs).
