CowCreek Butterfly Bit (Curved with Twisted Copper Inlay)
The CowCreek Butterfly bit is a great step up from an O Ring for young horses, re-schooling or transitioning to a softer bit with educated horses. It offers a quicker reaction time with the shorter purchase and shank. It comes with a chain curb and rubber bit guards.
The curved mouthpiece and center barrel are made of stainless steel with a twisted copper inlay. The curve allows even pressure distribution across the tongue. The center barrel protects the tongue from being pinched in the center joint. The small amount of copper encourages the horse to relax and salivate, without being too stimulating or distracting.
